Refund and Cancellation Policy for User
Buyer Cancellation
Buyers have different reasons for cancelling orders. To cancel an order, you can either contact our service support center via an email with a request to cancel the order so that the shipping (if already done) can be stopped OR you can reject the item when it is delivered to you or ignore any contacts regarding the pick-up and delivery schedule.
Replacement/Exchange instead of Refund
Presently Aguleri.com.com does not have the option of replacement of goods or items returned hence, 100% refund.
Redelivered Items
Aguleri.com will redeliver returned goods back to you if the reason for returning such an item is or cannot be validated. You will be contacted with an explanation on why the item will be returned to you.
Refund Preparation/Evaluation
Once the returned item has been evaluated and checked and it is validated, the process for the refund will begin. You will be contacted to send your bank details for the refund. Refund will be via bank transfer irrespective of whether payment for items were made via cash or POS. Refund is 100% full payment including cost charged for shipping(if any).

Vendor Cancellation
A vendor can cancel order(s) after due verifications from the customers. Customer(s) can only cancel paid transactions that have not expired or failed. Once you cancel a transaction, Aguleri.com will automatically refund the customer.
